Incompetent
Take your money and then don’t deliver. You cannot contact anyone and customer service does not exist. You are diverted to their “online chat” if you made your purchase online. Online Chat over 200 people waiting in the que, who no doubt have the same issue as you. Never buy from them again and give me back my money.
