Dreadful online service. Had to cancel my order in the end as it failed to arrive. Then to add insult to injury they have not refunded the delivery fee. Appalling customer service - don’t answer the phon, don’t reply to emails, chat help takes hours to get on then cuts you off. I cannot stress how bad The Range online service is. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THE RANGE ONLINE!!
