Trying to return a faulty product! Was on hold for 1 hour, finally spoke to someone who was trying to assist me, they put me on hold and line cut off. Spent another 52 minutes on hold on live chat, to be then cut off! Tried to return to store (half an hour away) system was down & couldn’t do it! Appalling customer service, will never order off The Range again!
