I found the anxiety program completely life changing. I have read so much around anxiety and why I was suffering but the way Dave outlines everything is just so clear and most of all fills you with hope that you CAN influence and change your nervous system health. The educational aspect, practical tips and personal insights are second to none and after a few weeks of following the steps outlined I already notice a huge shift in my body. Even learning how subtle my stressors show up in my life, I had absolutely no idea! I’ve found it very insightful at the very least.
