“I found the anxiety program completely life changing. I have read so much around anxiety and why I was suffering but the way Dave outlines everything is just so clear and most of all fills you with hope that you CAN influence and change your nervous system health. The educational aspect, practical tips and personal insights are second to none and after a few weeks of following the steps outlined I already notice a huge shift in my body. Even learning how subtle my stressors show up in my life, I had absolutely no idea! I’ve found it very insightful at the very least.”

“Dave is a gem of a therapist. For most of my life I have lived with what I came to know as 'high-functioning anxiety' with a tedancy to burnout periodically. My experience of talk therapy has been mixed before but Dave and his theraputic space just completely opened my mind to new possiblities of how to navigate myself - he is paitent, compassionate and extremely effective! Most importantly, I always felt I was in the right place with someone who has been there and understands. I now no longer suffer my delibiating panics and know my internal patterns so well that they do not overwhelm me. I work in a VERY high pressure environment and now feel like I am able to sustain my wellbeing, which I can certainly say was not the case before sessions with Dave. Sometimes, I am unsure exactly what happens - he works using talk therapy, IFS and body work, but what I do know is that I have completely transformed as a person. I highly reccomened and endorse his psychotherapeutic services.”
