The pies and pasties are fine, as they were with previous orders, but were delivered to a neighbouring house where the residents were out. The van came in the time slot promised, but made no attempt to deliver them to my house- I saw it enter my road, go out of sight, then make another delivery of flatpack furniture or similar to another address, then drive off. I then got an email saying the delivery had been made-with a photo which I recognised as a neighbours porch- where I managed to retrieve it.
