I have made 2 Orders recently, 13 November and 22 November 2020. First Order arrived swiftly and was greatly enjoyed by all. Regarding the second Order, it has now been 16 days and I have not received anything, not even a courtesy call. Payment has been taken from my bank but no Order has been fulfilled. I have tried phoning, Answerphone messaging, emails and even resorted to Facebook comments but to no avail. I am at a loss of what to do next? If it wasn’t for this problem, I would very gladly review the product 5*. However the service is inadequate, hence 2*, reluctantly.
