The pies are very good, well filled with lean tasty meat and nice pastry. Unfortunately the lid came away from the base of the polystyrene box during transit and two of the pies were half out. This also meant the ice pack had defrosted, although still cool. I have e-mailed you informing you of this and suggesting the box be taped down, but have not had a response as yet. This is why I have given good, not excellent.
