The festive sausage wreath was nice. The sausage meat was very nice and had a good cumberland flavour. I found the pepper slightly too overpowering, but I suppose that is personal preferance. The pastry being light and flakey fell off the sausage meat on cutting into portions. I tried reducing the heating time for the 2nd wreath, but the same thing happened.
