Pies on the whole are good. Occasionally, some meat ones are a bit gristly and a bit light on meat content.
Mostly they are very nice but sometimes one or two in a batch are a bit inferior.
Pastry is lovely and light so all in all just a bit of tweaking and it will be perfect!
