Delighted with my order, everything I have tried so far is delicious, a bit more pricey than other places but the food is worth it. I had an issue with 2 packs of pies not being delivered, however on reporting it I did get a response really quickly. The missing items didn’t arrive when I was first advised, and no one contacted me to inform me but again a quick response when I reached out and they arrived second time round. More communication would be great, as I shouldn’t have had to chase up what was happening. Only other sticking point is you can’t order everything they sell directly from them. I’d love to try the Apple and banoffee crumbles for example but these seem to be exclusive to QVC and I refuse to pay £5-6 per item ordered for delivery from QVC, plus for many items QVC charge more than ordering direct. Bit of a shame as I would order more regularly if all items were available to buy direct from you.
