Very disappointed in this delivery, order number RPC 11392.
the pie's arrived warmish, squashed and misshapen,
I appreciate the weather that week was extremely hot ,but the fact there was only 3 ice packs in the box properly didn't help much ,
Apart from my winch we love your pie's we've always got a mixture of pie's, pastys ,sausage rolls in the freezer ,oh by the way love the crumbles,
