I purchased an intimate item (bra) which was a poor fit and I learned they do NOT accept returns or refunds after the fact. Reciclar
basically responded by saying that I should have checked the size chart before ordering. I did order the right size but it simply did not work for me. This item took about 2 weeks to arrive from China. I wish I had known better. They never responded to my emails but I did get a response through Paypal which was my payment method. BEWARE!
