“I bought a pair of sandals. The length was fine but too wide, and my foot is a B width! My foot slid around in them. Had to send a picture to the company. I was told the right size was sent, and since they were not defective, I could only get a 10% refund - $4 on a $44 pair of sandals that Idon't fit”

“I ordered a pair of sandals that looked like pu leather and a wooden base. Took over 3 weeks to receive came smashed in a bag. The sandals are plastic top and bottom. They asked for pictures and more pictures and then said they sent me the right sandals and right size therefore I can’t return for a refund. Terrible company. I will contact my bank to get my money back.”

“Very poor customer service. Their sizing is totally off. They refused to exchange the product for a larger size even w/my offer to pay for exchange. For $45 + shipping, it is not quality product.”

“I ordered 2 drawing boards for gifts. When they arrived ,I was disappointed with the size and felt the website where I ordered them from misrepresented the product. I had sent 1 out as a gift and wanted to return 1 to company. Company does not accept returns...only if item is damaged. Customer service was not accommodating at all. IF any product is not what the customer expected then it should be able to be returned for a refund IF intact as when it was received. truly a scam!”

“Terrible customer service Ordered lumbar support for my vehicle for a long road trip. I did not receive in time. Arrived 26 days past the expected delivery time. Reached out to company and they won’t allow my to return. Asked me To send in pics of product so they could further help me. I sent in pics and they said, yep we sent to correct product just wanted to make sure. Sorry can’t help. What a waste of time. DO NOT buy from this company!!!!”

“I have been trying since May 2024 to get my money back. I was sent an address to return item. I paid 30.90 to return my item and gave tracking showing they received the item and have yet to get my refund. I have called pay pal , my bank and been in contact with this company once I was able to get back in touch with them. Phone goes to voicemail that is always full. Now this week they tell me PayPal told them I can’t get a refund because I opened my case over six months ago. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. Now I don’t have the item , I’m out 30.90 for shipping and still haven’t received my 68 dollar plus change refund. This is crazy they can keep treating customers this way.”

“I have been emailing since 12.3.2024 for two vacuums ordered at the cost of $94.98. Receipt # 1865-6689 and not one reply! Do not know if I am getting my order in time for a holiday party gift item.”

“The company does not stand by its poor product quality. The Jeans that were ordered were sewn incorrectly causing the Jean to not fit correctly. The quality of the material was extremely poor. The company will not replace or refund. The refund policy on the site where ordered was not placed in an are lax in their site that can be easily accessed or read. This company in my opinion has participated in deceptive and misleading trade activity. I would NOT recommend ever ordering from them.”

“The people at this company are SCAM professionals! I bought a blouse which had stains and was very poor quality. I requested a return and refund, they told me to send a picture, I did, they said , just wash the blouse the stain must be from packaging. The stain did not come off. I requested a refund again, they want more pictures, I never in my life have had such a horrible experience as with this company, I am reporting them to my bank as well as FB and the BBB. This company is ripping people off!!!”

“Terrible company. After doing everthing the company requested by sending several photos and measurements, the company refused to take back or refund orthopedic walking shoes that are 2 sizes too small. Scammers or poor business ethic! Do not order from them.”

“This company has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a mini vaccum for the car and it really was a joke. It doeesn't pick anything up. It sticks to the vacuum. I asked for a refund so I could return it. They asked me to send a video. I guess they didn't believe me... so I did and they said that is what it was supposed to do and tried to sell me a more "advanced" one. I should have read the reviews. None of them are good!”
