This company has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a mini vaccum for the car and it really was a joke. It doeesn't pick anything up. It sticks to the vacuum. I asked for a refund so I could return it. They asked me to send a video. I guess they didn't believe me... so I did and they said that is what it was supposed to do and tried to sell me a more "advanced" one. I should have read the reviews. None of them are good!
