I have been trying since May 2024 to get my money back. I was sent an address to return item. I paid 30.90 to return my item and gave tracking showing they received the item and have yet to get my refund. I have called pay pal , my bank and been in contact with this company once I was able to get back in touch with them. Phone goes to voicemail that is always full. Now this week they tell me PayPal told them I can’t get a refund because I opened my case over six months ago. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. Now I don’t have the item , I’m out 30.90 for shipping and still haven’t received my 68 dollar plus change refund. This is crazy they can keep treating customers this way.
