“Sizing is incorrect. Ordered a large pants and is more like a medium Reached out to customer service and they said sorry, you should have checked their size chart before ordering so we can’t accept return. I always check sizing charts but who says they can’t take back?!?!? Worst customer service ever and I will be reporting. They got my money and that’s it? No help whatsoever !!! Never order from here again! I will report to better business bureau!!”

“I wouldn’t even give them one star! Extremely poor quality and sizing is way off. I have emailed back and forth asking to return two pair of jeans for a refund as both were sized wrong and I just don’t care for the way they fit. They keep wanting to send me another pair, but will not give me a return address nor offer a refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING! Ordered jeans that arrived with strings and loose stitching everywhere, buttonholes that were outlined with stiches but not even cut for buttons to fit, the poorest of quality material, and too large. Back and forth emails with "customer service" and no resolution. I am stuck with a trash product that they would not even exchange for a smaller size. BEWARE!”

“Terrible customer service and clothes quality. Mis-sized. When I attempted to contact company for return, back and forth stalling. Asked me to send in, all payment info, order info, and pictures of pant measurements. Really…. Scammers. Don’t order from this place!”

“The M shirt that I purchased is about two sizes too big. It looked great in the ad, but hangs on me like a bag. I failed to read the reviews before I ordered it, but having read them now I see that asking for an exchange for size would be nothing but an exercise in frustration. Money wasted.”

“Not even close….. ordered two pairs of sandals and they didn’t fit and are flimsy and poor quality. They offered 10% refund, best they could do and asked me how I like “that”. Never again and I hope someone reads these reviews before they bite. 🙄”

“DO NOT...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY MISREPRESENTED SANDALS I PURCHASED...ADVERTISED AS ORTHOPEDIC WITH ARCH SUPPORT. COMPLETE LIES. ALSO, CLAIM THEY WERE MADE OF LEATHER, NOPE NOT EVEN CLOSE. THEY WILL NOT LET YOUR RETURN ITEMS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. “This company is the worst. I purchased two pairs of sandals for $64. They were the wrong size and nothing like what was advertised. They looked like the type you buy from a pharmacy for $10. When they wouldn’t return them I asked that they send me the original ad from Facebook and the wouldn’t. Classic bait and switch! Totally illegal. Don’t buy anything from this company.”

“Trying to reach them by phone but no answer and can’t leave my message or phone number as mailbox is always full!! I want to return my pillow as it is cheaply made and way overpriced and I need address to return it and hopefully I will get my money back as I just received it last week and it made my neck worse!!! Please email me a return label!!”

“Worst company ever. Bought the 3 pair of sandals, thought it was $30+ but got charged $94. Will not take return even though they do not fit, they asked for pictures and measurements but still would not accept the return because there were no obvious defects. Offered a 10% return after I complained. I will never buy from them again, BIG SCAM”

“Company is a scam. Quality is not as it looks and described Item did not fit proper and they are refusing to return for refund. Keep asking for pictures of tags and shirt for whatever reason. They just want to take your money. Horrible horrible people”
