“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! They are a SCAM. The product you get will be inferior in every way and when you try to return it here is what you get: We try to do our absolute best to provide support whenever we can but it's also important to note that we have multiple policies, and each case is reviewed depending on these policies. As per our policies, we only accept returns if it was defective from the manufacturer or due to shipping. In addition, we need a picture/video showing the problem of the item you received. If you cannot provide us with a picture/video of the defective item, we're so sorry to tell you that we cannot provide you with further assistance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“Terrible customer service. The product is poorly made and the fabric very thin/cheap. I ordered the correct size for my body according to their size chart and they fit HORRIBLY. Just awful. The most UNFLATTERING jeans ever. I contacted Customer Support and they said they will not accept returns.”

“The product was not as advertised. The bird feeder with 5 lb of seed capacity can't accommodate 1 lb. It arrived damaged weeks later in a plastic bag from China. It looks like the cheap junk sold on TEMU only with a huge uncharge. The company doesn't respond to their email. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.”

“I would NEVER BUY from this place again! I guess it pays to read reviews before you buy. I purchased 2 pairs of pant. Although the size chart said that their Small fit waist size 27-30.5”, I couldn’t get them over my hips. Everything I own is a 27”. After 3 attempts to return them, I was told to send pictures, not sure why but I did. They basically said that because the size I ordered was the size they sent, there was no returning them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“THEY ARE TERRIBLE COMPANY, I PURCHASED A SMART WATCH, THEY SENT THE WATCH AND A BOOK THAT I DID NOT ORDER. TRIED TO RETURN THE WATCH BUT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT FALL WITHIN THE CRITERIA FOR RETURNS THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN. THIS IS TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY BATE AND SWITCH ON THE CONSUMERS!!!!”

“Received wrong sized tank top and they won't refund or accept returns. I was told to "give them away"! Can only communicate via email and for supposedly being a company in the USA, their written grammer is not English!! I hope PayPal can help get my $65.00 back!”

“I purchased shoes thinking I could try them & send them back. Nope. Their return policy does NOT include a wrong fit. They advertised through a totally different site on FB or instagram & I did not know it was them until after I had completed my order. BIG MISTAKE! Their response to me when I explained the shoes do not fit me correctly -- "We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us if the item is damaged, defective, or in the wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of the order. " Since when is it acceptable to NOT be able to return an item? This is poor customer service!”

“I purchased an intimate item (bra) which was a poor fit and I learned they do NOT accept returns or refunds after the fact. Reciclar basically responded by saying that I should have checked the size chart before ordering. I did order the right size but it simply did not work for me. This item took about 2 weeks to arrive from China. I wish I had known better. They never responded to my emails but I did get a response through Paypal which was my payment method. BEWARE!”

“I would like to report that I have received the money for cartridges owing. I am a genuine customer, honestly. It took some email discussion, but I did get payment. It is worth pursuing if you are owed money. Just persevere and be polite. It can get results. I hope that helps. I plan to send some more cartridges and hope that works too. Will give more feedback, as and when.”
