I would like to report that I have received the money for cartridges owing. I am a genuine customer, honestly. It took some email discussion, but I did get payment. It is worth pursuing if you are owed money. Just persevere and be polite. It can get results. I hope that helps. I plan to send some more cartridges and hope that works too. Will give more feedback, as and when.
