I bought a pair of sandals. The length was fine but too wide, and my foot is a B width! My foot slid around in them. Had to send a picture to the company. I was told the right size was sent, and since they were not defective, I could only get a 10% refund - $4 on a $44 pair of sandals that Idon't fit
