I ordered a pair of sandals that looked like pu leather and a wooden base. Took over 3 weeks to receive came smashed in a bag. The sandals are plastic top and bottom. They asked for pictures and more pictures and then said they sent me the right sandals and right size therefore I can’t return for a refund. Terrible company. I will contact my bank to get my money back.
