I ordered 2 drawing boards for gifts. When they arrived ,I was disappointed with the size and felt the website where I ordered them from misrepresented the product. I had sent 1 out as a gift and wanted to return 1 to company. Company does not accept returns...only if item is damaged. Customer service was not accommodating at all. IF any product is not what the customer expected then it should be able to be returned for a refund IF intact as when it was received. truly a scam!
