Love this product. The colour is great and lasts well (Montecristo Lught Ash Brown). My only gripe is how fiddly it is to apply with a brush. I much prefer a squeeze bottle like the L’Oréal Excellence brand. In fact I’m now decanting the colour into an old squeeze bottle and it works well and fast! Maybe you could think about that for future development?
