“I absolutely love the results :) my hair feels so soft and silky afterwards and the colour is a beautiful natural brown. The kit gives you so many tools to use for future dying and the quality of everything was great. I have very long hair so there was more than enough product to colour everything. In these lockdown times, it was great to have everything delivered to my door in an all-in-one easy kit. I’m thinking I may never need to go to a salon for colouring anymore haha. “I love the service and the very many shades available. I purchased a thermal treatment pack (so good), and Ash colour with 10x cover and an extra tube for long hair. It covered my greys nicely and blends with my roots perfectly. I’m trying to avoid bleach from now on so this is great for integrating. See my before and after photos.”

“I purchased the Bellaria Dark Ash Blonde. After losing all my hair during chemotherapy, it grew back very grey and white. Today I went against the recommendation to wait 6 months before colouring, and tried The Shade after only 2 months. I was pretty nervous!! I ended up washing it out after only 25 minutes, but the colour has taken really well and my hair feels great. I'm really glad I found this product, and will keep on using it into the future.”

“The brief questionnaire really did result in advising me on the right shade to pick. Went on easily, after two weeks my greys are still mainly covered with only a few poking out on the edges of my face. Mix was easy to use and easy to apply. I usually use a bottle job from grocery store, it this mixture and the brush worked much better and I'll definitely be using again. The coverage was great and the colour was a deep warm brown which was exactly what I wanted. Great product and I'm happy I found it.”

“Great website, was excited to be able to send pictures and describe my desired result with a colourist. Unfortunately, the results and follow up have been terrible. I wanted to darken/blend my natural greys into my brown. It was recommended I use an Ash Blonde. The colourist wrote “I would recommend the 10 vol toner for you. The 10 vol developer will deposit some colour, tone and shine and it achieves a demi-permanent result which will last up to 24 washes and wash/fade away without leaving a demarcation line. Toners do not lighten your base colour and the 10 vol developer can blend some greys without covering greys completely.” That is exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately, it came out with my whole hair turning auburn, it has been 6 weeks and instead of washing out i have regrowth. I asked literally the next day for suggestions and got zero reply. I spent another $50 on their vitimin C gentle remover rubbish yesterday which just turned it yellow. I have so much regret for using this product on my uncoloured natural hair. A flashy website, staff are great at selling you things but don’t care after that.”

Hi Anna, I'm sorry you weren't happy with your result. Unfortunately we haven't received any contact from you since September 26th when you contacted one of our colourists. It is essential to apply a cool-toned permanent or demi-permanent colour after the CPR application. The following is stated on the Vit C CPR product page: "Lifting added colour pigments can reveal warm tones which are naturally present in the hair. You will need to apply a demi-permanent (10 vol developer) or permanent colour (20 or 27 vol developer) with cool secondary tones after you have removed unwanted darker pigments to balance tone and colour". “The colour I got was more of a copper/red brown colour! But I love it! Usely I’m very hesitant with home hair dyes, but this one covered my regrowth so so well! Made my hair look so much healthier, thicker and longer! I think next I will try a mix colour! But overall work a treat!”
