“Find it a little to dark but gets to a great colour after a couple of washes”

“The hair colour is really good as it has reduced hair loss, but the permanent colour doesn’t last for over 2-3 weeks. Also, the price has increased significantly since I first subscribed.”

Hi Vidya, Thanks for your review. If the permanent colour doesn't last 2-3 weeks, it indicates that you have an issue with porosity. The cuticles on the hair shaft are not closing sufficiently, which is causing colour fade. “I received the highlights kit and it was my first time using this- 110% better than high quality in comparison to the average supermarket hair dye. However they could seriously improve their instruction manual and include a step by step guide on what to do and number the steps in correct order. I messed the entire process and the timing but i was still impressed by the colour result just not the best at dying my own hair without instructions. I was sort of expecting a clear instructions step by step process with a timing process ( i was freaking out with colour in my hair wondering if I had done it in the right order and how long to leave it in for and options of different highlights and how to achieve the looks.) I definitely found myself having to google my concerns or youtube example and thanks to ai for answering some of my questions.”

“Fool proof hair colour. Easy to use and produces a lovely colour without itchiness. My only wish is that they had real images of the hair colour on models rather than AI, as the colours displayed in the AI images, don’t necessarily give a true colour representation. Lucky I still liked the colour though!”

“I bought the Dark Golden Blond because it seemed the closest to my natural colour and would cover the grey. It did cover the grey but now I'm a red head. I had no previous colour in my hair and my initial reaction was 'Oh No' but it's growing on me, thanks to the many compliments I've received. The product was easy to use, didn't smell bad and didn't give me eye burn like fumes from toxic products do. I'll be buying it again.”

“First time using this product. I used 1 1/2 tubes of 8.1 Ash Blonde with 1 1/2 pouch of 10% developer. My hair was a mix of greys, orange blonde and natural ash blonde. Pleased with the even coverage, shine & richness. Be interesting to see how it washes out over the coming weeks. No nasty smell, burning or staining. Very happy.”

“The colour I got was more of a copper/red brown colour! But I love it! Usely I’m very hesitant with home hair dyes, but this one covered my regrowth so so well! Made my hair look so much healthier, thicker and longer! I think next I will try a mix colour! But overall work a treat!”

“The colour is good. It has lightened off somewhat since putting it in but it is still ok. Also good is that there isn't strong smelling synthetic fragrance in the products. Bit disappointed that the colour has already started to come out at the roots after 2 weeks. I have ordered the 27 solution to help keep the colour in longer.”
