“I purchased Demi permanent Ash Brown . The grey coverage is excellent , but the colour is too dark . I will purchase again in a lighter colour”

“I bought the Dark Golden Blond because it seemed the closest to my natural colour and would cover the grey. It did cover the grey but now I'm a red head. I had no previous colour in my hair and my initial reaction was 'Oh No' but it's growing on me, thanks to the many compliments I've received. The product was easy to use, didn't smell bad and didn't give me eye burn like fumes from toxic products do. I'll be buying it again.”

“First time using this product. I used 1 1/2 tubes of 8.1 Ash Blonde with 1 1/2 pouch of 10% developer. My hair was a mix of greys, orange blonde and natural ash blonde. Pleased with the even coverage, shine & richness. Be interesting to see how it washes out over the coming weeks. No nasty smell, burning or staining. Very happy.”

“The colour I got was more of a copper/red brown colour! But I love it! Usely I’m very hesitant with home hair dyes, but this one covered my regrowth so so well! Made my hair look so much healthier, thicker and longer! I think next I will try a mix colour! But overall work a treat!”

“The colour is good. It has lightened off somewhat since putting it in but it is still ok. Also good is that there isn't strong smelling synthetic fragrance in the products. Bit disappointed that the colour has already started to come out at the roots after 2 weeks. I have ordered the 27 solution to help keep the colour in longer.”

I had a difficulty ordering on the website as when I reordered I did not log on and when I went to pay it would not allow me to just enter my credit card info as a guest, requiring me to log on instead of just pay- not a huge deal but annoying if you just want to quickly purchase the product without logging in.”

“I purchased the Milano, found it a bit dull, so I have just purchased the Portofino, I am going to experiment and mix the 2 colours together and see if that gives it more vibrancy, other than that I love how easy it is to use, will continue to purchase it either way, just got to find a shade I truly love.”

“The product smells and feels amazing. However, unfortunately it turned my medium- light blonde hair greyish/brown. I don’t blame the product, I just was hoping to blonde my roots a little like on the packet. So I do not recommend for making hair lighter. Will try for auburn colour and see how that goes. The packaging, postage and quality were all exceptional!”

“I used the pigment colour remover on some build-up from previous semi-permanent dye. It did a good job of bringing out the old pigment, but didn't quite get all of it. Unfortunately the toner I bought for afterwards was too light for my hair and didn't really work. Will be trying again with the next colour level down!”

“My colour arrived with its complimentary bowl, application brush & shoulder cape. The ingredients mixed & applied easily (I do would prefer a bottle applicator though) & the colour result was exactly as pictured. No allergic reaction or bad chemical smell.”
