Not overly impressed with the product after a week of having to keep resubmitting to speak with a colour consultant I was given a colour option that just didn’t work. I have copper base in my hair and used intense ash but it just made my blonde dark and left the copper. Super annoying that you can’t go back and forth with a consultant you have to resubmit every time and they don’t remember what you just told them. Now I need to go over with about 6 highlight kits to get my hair back to what I wanted but I’m scared they also won’t work. Inspo photos were creamy honey blonde and now it’s basically brunette.

Hello, why I like the products, I don’t like that the developer end conditioner come in single use bags. I only dye my root so I don’t use the entire product in one application and would’ve good to have something I ca close and use the following time.

I used 8.2 Beige blonde - on a base of 7 with about 30% grey & blonde highlights on ends. I throw a lot of warmth so I wasnt expecting cool tones but I was hoping for it. I ended up with a light copper / caramel shade that I'm not hating but also not overly loving.

Packaging and presentation was great, and fast postage. It smelt great. However I found it left my hair very dry and did not have much of a toning effect.

Not great, not terrible. I always use 20 volume with colour to cover my grays without issue, but The Shade hasn’t completely covered them (I’m 32, they’re not tough grays yet). The colour took to most of my hair, but hasn’t lasted as well as I’d hoped. Within 4 washes, I feel as though my hair needs a toner and that the colour had washed out of my ends. Also, since colouring, it’s been feeling pretty dry and flat. I use high quality colour and hydrating shampoo and conditioner, so that’s not the reason. Might use again if I’m desperate, but probably not.

I was very disappointed with the colour remover. It didn’t do anything except make my hair smell horrible! The new colour I applied didn’t really change my overall colour. It did cover the greys though. I’m not sure how to go lighter now. I guess it will have to be a salon visit $$$$

the first time I bought my shade it was great but the second time it was not the colour i wanted. I was wanting ash blonde and it came out a bit more brown/orange

I haven’t used it yet I’m so allergic to everything on my scalp and I read it can affect your eyes I’m not if that means if you get the dye in eyes or a reaction to the product as I had eye surgery 2 months ago

The packaging was amazing and arrived quickly being close to Christmas. No strong smells. The developer has to be used once opened (still have colour but no developer). The colour was nice and covered over old colour nice and also grays. It didnt last long in my hair compared to other brands I used. I need to re colour as its very dull after 3 weeks.

Being my first time using your product, I'm not completely satisfied as it has not covered my grays. It has made them some colour with a red tinge resulting in different colour to the rest of my hair.

I LoVe the Color, LoVe Everything about the product, What i don't like is the fact that your signed up to get your color sent out each month, i don't need a color monthly And i like to change my colors, this put me off so i sadly cancelled out

Didn’t cover my greys as well as the first bottle. Maybe because I got a lighter brown. Will need to stick to the other colour.

Kit was well packaged and had everything required. However, colour did not cover any greys at all so disappointed with product itself.

Took the recommendation of the colourist and it did not work. I still have a dark band of colour through the second third of my hair which I was trying to eliminate, as well as hot roots. The gloves provided were very hard to work with.
