The customer service was exceptional. The product itself I’m not that happy with, followed instructions & time frames and the colour was not as intense as shown on their product image. Within a week the colour has faded, particularly the roots.

If your colour has faded so quickly, that indicates that your hair is porous (the outer cuticle of the hair is raised) which causes the colour to leak and fade. They only send a reminder email if this months shipment right when they send it, so if u want to cancel u can’t. Product is ok- I still get scalp inflammation and seems to wash out after 1 or 2 weeks. So, no great staying power over my very tough greys.

For some reason my Shade colour Was a lot darker this time.... my hair was blondish and it turned out quite a dark brown. This has never happened before. Might have to try light ash blonde instead.

I honestly cant tell much difference on my hair or scalp between the Shade and supermarket brand. They both seem to burn my scalp :(

The product is good. Smells great and I especially love the conditioner. My only two issues are the cost, which is a little high and how long it takes to receive the order once shipped. I also found that when I have applied the product in the way suggested as a "touch up" rather than total colour change the grey coverage did not last. It seems the colour needs to be on longer. In regards to cost perhaps we could simplify packaging and just be sent product on its own.

I love this product and subscribing is convenient, but the frequency of the product coming to too quick - I would prefer every 3 months, not every 2 months. I find it a very inflexible arrangement.

I picked the wrong colour. My scalp did sting when putting the product on. I scalp is now itchy .

Have been using this for a period of 12 months. Unfortunately not for me. It has dried my hair right out and my hair is extremely brittle full of split ends. My hair was is excellent condition before this.

It's ok, left my hair nice and soft but unfortunately didn't cover all my greys ,even after adding the extra developer and following instructions

The colour is really nice. Unfortunately, the advertising says "phthalate free" but since every sachet contains parfum (fragrance), it is not phthalate free.

The colour is ok - a bigger selection in the strawberry blonde/titian range would be appreciated. One pack is generous enough for longer hair so don't believe the upsell for the additional colour and developer. The free kit isn't worth the money. The clips have no gripping power for fine hair and the brush is next to useless. All up, quite a bit about this purchase proved to be a disappointment. Many supermarket brands perform as well and are far cheaper. I'll persist with one more kit before making a final decision.

Colour was not light enough and did it cover greys. The colour also faded after 1 week. It also has made my hair very dry. Photo provided is 2 weeks after colour.

The shade itself was great. The only problem was the match to me. Despite feeling confident that I had chosen the correct colour as I used two different approaches and ended up with the same recommendation (so felt pretty happy with myself). I did not seek any further information or advise. Wrong choice in retrospect. Don’t get me wrong, I do like the colour quality. Just wasn’t ultimately the right colour for me.

I ordered the Toscano Ash Brown. I have quite a few greys, I found that some of my greys did not take but most of it was covered. It’s great that the dye is free of PPD however, the barrier oil & shampoo & conditioner has PEGs and SLS which was disappointing. My skin is quite sensitive and I have been experiencing a bit of itching at the Bottom of my head. The colour blended well, and it’s great that you get the accessories but unfortunately this product is not for me.

Colour wasn't what I was expecting (much lighter then expected, especially in the roots) and colour comes out with every wash since. However, hair felt healthy and fresh straight after colouring and kit was easy enough to use. :)

Really like the concept and lack of nasties in this product. Unfortunately, on trying some of the colours in the 8 and 9's range, my hair takes on an orange colour. Have tried a variety of purple shampoos with no success of removing the brassiness.

Hi the product was great and everything that came with it, the cape, bowl, brush etc. The online video of how to use product was very helpful. I did have a question the next day, but there was no phone number to call and I put "other" in the FAQ and my question didn't go through for whatever reason. So it is very difficult to contact you easily. I didn't really want to sign up to a subscription, but had no choice, but I guess I can easily cancel it. That wasn't my question by the way.

the kits are pretty good and minimal packaging but I find the product still gives me a rash when I use double developer as suggested on resistant greys, and even after doing so, greys are only slightly tinted.
