Like the idea of the subscription and less chemicals in the product. Liked the packaging and kit you get.
Was never happy with the result though. I have dark brown hair and a lot of grey. I was recommended to use a pre developer and did every time. Result looked great for about 2 days then the brassiness came through on the greys and looked orange. I did discuss options and changed to a different shade but had the same results. Supermarket packets give me a better result than this did so I am going back to that and have cancelled my subscription.
