“Wonderful product, great quality and great results. My small bit of feedback is that I wasted so much of the dye and lightening. It would be great if you had instructions or smaller packs for those that only need 6 to 12 foils rather than half a head and the same goes for the dye. It would be good if you had instructions on how to ration and store after opened. Also, none of my boxes came with barrier oil or remover and there were no notes to explain why. I am hoping I get some sent as I ordered about 6 months worth of product all without this.”

“My original hair has bleached 3/4 head foils, it's pretty light but with some warmth (picture with rough straightened hair). The toner I usually buy from Priceline and also blonde shampoo tends to give a blue/dull look, so I was looking for a beige toner to try. The colourist recommended Taranto 9.2 Light Beige Blonde. I followed the instructions and left it on for the maximum recommended time. The next morning it looked pretty dark (picture with curly hair). The FAQ's said the colour can go a bit dark if your hair condition isn't that good. My hair is a bit dry, but not too bad I wouldn't think. After one wash it lightened further (picture with blow dried hair), and it has since lightened further with more washes. You can still see the highlights, and the tone is a creamy blonde. I think the 902 Catania Lightest Beige Blonde would have been better, however this colour wasn't in stock. I also would leave it on for less time. And finally, the product size for short hair was quite generous for my hair length, so I ended up really saturating my hair (and maybe I used too much product?). Next time I might try ordering the larger size, and splitting it over two treatments. All in all, it was good to try. I would suggest not doing it the day before an event (in case you need a few washes to bring the colour down).”

“Great quick delivery. My only challenge is I would have liked the developer in a bottle so I can use as much or little as needed if I was just going to do the hairline from them to time. Sachets aren’t great. Good product but I don’t feel it was better value than going to the chemist.”

“I tried The Shade and LOVE my colour, I am a natural redhead so wanted something to cover my greys but still look natural. I used Palermo 7.43 Copper Golden Blonde with Napoli 7 Dark Blonde. Noone noticed I coloured my hair so I guess, goal achieved. My scalp was very dry and a bit irritated afterwards which was suprising with the natural ingrediants? I do however suffer from psoriasis and was in the middle of a flare up, so colouring my hair at that time made it flare up a bit more? I will still buy again because I love the colour and I can treat my sensitive scalp afterwards.”

“It's only day 4 after coloring and one wash. However my side grays at my temples and by my ears are completely covered. I have never been able to have a peroxide color mix stay on my hair for more than a couple of days. I must say I am elated. I am also able to save my leftover color and unmixed developer portions to use for the next time. I put a date on the calendar and I will see how long the color lasts. I must say that my hair is even softer at the temples I have very thick coarse hair. And now it feels soft. So far I am loving it. I had reservations because it does take a long time to get to the USA. But now I will just order ahead on my next order. I do not have a subscription.”

“Colour good, as expected. I have good coverage. A lot of packaging and wastage which is a bit of a shame. The package contents will easily do 2 dyes for my length hair if it doesn’t dry out in the meantime. Order to delivery turnaround was great.”

“Loved the colour . I brought a duo colour kit and have hip length hair. Used it two times already. Pros: Amazing colour Lasted longer than the other brands More than enough to cover long hair with 2 applications. The consultant was very helpful and offered detailed advice . Cons Made my hair very dry on first application. Needed more hydration . Tsubaki oil seemed to help reduce the frizz and dryness after 2 applications. Overall very satisfied with a home salon look hair .”

“It's an great product and the colour lasts longer than any DIY products available elsewhere and even salon-applied colourants. However, there is a reason most DIY colourants come with an applicator bottle - it's not easy applying to the back of your head with a brush. An applicator bottle would certainly help turn this great product into a brilliant one.”

“I love it!! Super easy to use and apply. I didn't give it five stars because the colour was too dark for my taste (probably I'll give it four and a half), but I would like to try again with a lighter shade. If you are not sure, try it is so valuable and easy to do it yourself.”

“Lovely and easy to use ... unfortunately it didn't cover my stubborn side burn greys as much as I had hoped, but still overall pleased with the colour and will order it again ... just wish it came in touch up sizes though for in between.”

“I have been using the product for 2+ years. The result is as expected. I would mark it 5, but on couple of occasion the dye in the tube oxidized, assuming was not seal properly. However it did not affect the result”
