“I loved the easiness of using this product. I love the colour but the and result was not what I expected. The roots went orange so I now have to redo them with more product but I found the smell very nice. I however didn’t receive any of the oil used to protect the ends so maybe the ends may not have frizzed as much not sure.”

“I recently used The Trento-ash brown hair colour and was happy with the result-it provided great coverage and left my hair feeling soft and healthy. However, I was expecting a more ash tone. After a few washes, I noticed that the copper tones became more visible rather than the ash colour I was hoping for. Overall, it's a high-quality product, but I would love if the ash tones lasted longer.”

“I purchased this product following recommendations from a friend. I did the quiz and chose my shade. The result ended up being darker than I expected, but the overall result was good. The kit I received was missing the stain remover satchet though, which was disappointing. I suggest you state on the advertisement that you need to psosess a dye brush as this is not included in the kit.”

“My colour is an equal mix of 6.1 and 5.1 with 27 volume developer. I absolutely love it and it covers my greys really well. My only wish would be to know more easily when you have half a tube of colour!”

“I bought this product as I’m very conscious of unnecessary chemicals But I didn’t realise until I purchased the hair colour that it had Propylene Glycol which is a bad ingredient they use in car engines etc Why would you state free from all nasties but it’s not ?? I’m very disappointed I wasted my money on this product”

Hi Kerrie, Propylene Glycol is perfectly safe to use in hair care products in concentrations less than 50%, which our products most certainly are. It is a common ingredient in hair care products due to its ability to help products retain moisture and prevent them from drying out. Propylene Glycol is also commonly found in many packaged foods, such as drink mixes, dressings, dried soups, cake mix, soft drinks, popcorn, food coloring, fast foods, bread and dairy products. “Order arrived without any issues. Impressed with the kit and the overall colour, my hair was so soft and shiny after using the conditioner. I was comparing the colour to see how long it lasted verus my usual off the shelf box colour. To be honest it hasn't lasted any longer. I will however order one shade darker as I think initally the colour was great be it faded too light a colour. To be continued......”

“My first time using this hair colour. I had previously used box dyes which require a root touch up every 2 weeks to keep grey hair at bay. And they fade out very quickly. So far it's been 2 weeks and while my greys are GROWING out, the colour has not faded out nor have the existing greys faded out. Pretty impressive. I am quite pleased so far. I am not a fan of the smell of the colour or the conditioner in the box though. Still better than smelling ammonia any day. TBC... I'll keep using and see how it goes for root work and recolour later.”

“The Shade colour is good covers greys easily, this is my first time using so I don't know how long it lasts or if it fades and washes out quickly. The only bad thing is the smell...yuk sorry but it reminded me of when you walk past some old chainsmoker and they smell like stale smoke. It was a weird smell I expected a herbal or floral smell. Not sure if I will repurchase it again, I might be able to tolerate the smell if it wears well.”

“Lovely easy to use products, with very nice accessories and kits available. I really like the shampoo and conditioner and that it feels like it doesn’t damage my hair. I used the Trento Ash Brown 5.1 and it came up nice, but definitely a bit more red than the pictures.”

“Wonderful product, great quality and great results. My small bit of feedback is that I wasted so much of the dye and lightening. It would be great if you had instructions or smaller packs for those that only need 6 to 12 foils rather than half a head and the same goes for the dye. It would be good if you had instructions on how to ration and store after opened. Also, none of my boxes came with barrier oil or remover and there were no notes to explain why. I am hoping I get some sent as I ordered about 6 months worth of product all without this.”
