The product is good. Smells great and I especially love the conditioner. My only two issues are the cost, which is a little high and how long it takes to receive the order once shipped. I also found that when I have applied the product in the way suggested as a "touch up" rather than total colour change the grey coverage did not last. It seems the colour needs to be on longer.
In regards to cost perhaps we could simplify packaging and just be sent product on its own.
