I've always hated the boxes you buy from the grocery store because of the horrible smell! The shade colours don't stink like chemicals like other dyes and not having to think about buying more is so convenient! It just rocks up in the mailbox right on time. Plenty of colours ot choose from and covers myu greys really well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer smaller packs for root touch ups in between full jobs to save on packaging and wasted product.
