Took me a while to make a decision and lots of questions to The Shade colorist. I love it, it is shiny, easy (my first time doing it at home), and fast.. definitely recommend it to everyone. I also bought the oil and heated cap, it was delivered missing one plastic cap, I emailed them and received one the following week. Service is great and fast.
