The shade is easy to use and comes as a complete set. I did find the colour a little darker than expected, that said, I am still very happy with it. Be sure to rinse thoroughly, as I did have a little residue on my pillow for a few days after - this washed out though. The best thing of all, it has left my hair a lot softer than before and has saved me over $150 going to the hairdressers.
