I had recently used another brand colour with little support and 2 disappointing results. I then encountered Camilla from the Shade who went above and beyond with her expert advice and assistance. She advised to bleach wash my hair prior to colouring as I needed a lighter colour. Am delighted with the results. All instructions were clear and Camilla replied promptly to all my queries.
