Love The Shade. I just can't afford to go to the hairdresser anymore to dye my greys and I was using box dyes from the supermarket that were terrible. Someone recommended The Shade and it is amazing. The first shade I ordered wasn't quite right and contacted customer service and they were great at recommending mixing two shades and I have been using these two together and it's perfect - salon quality for the same price as the supermarket box dyes - LOVE IT
