I really recommend The Shade. Camilla was so helpful in helping me choose the right colour and she answered my queries very promptly. The application was easy, and I was happy with the colour overall, however, next time I think I'll try mixing in some more ash tones. I will speak to Camilla more about this. I'm also using the Tsubaki oil recommended. Hopefully that will start to make a change to my dry ends soon!
