The quality is lovely the fact it hasn't any harsh chemicals but the colours are not described correctly. The Ash Browns throw a lot of red under artificial lighting it's actually in the colour itself. Corresponding with them I've been incorrectly guided twice and was told to purchase a colour which ended up several shades too dark and no way near my natural hair colour but I had to bear the costs, I'm not sure if they actually read through or rush through their correspondence.
