I was very impressed with the colour result I had with The Shade colour. I was able to get rid of stubborn greys around my hairline and roots and achieved an even overall colour down to my lengths. I am so happy I have already re-purchased more for my next root touch up. The customer service was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. So glad I chose The Shade for my first time coloring ny own hair.
