After many years of using box colour my hair felt a bit like straw and I could never get the right colour. I tried The Shade because I liked the idea of a colourist as well as the price, well that colourist was amazing recommending a duo of Bellaria and Montecristo with a 27 developer it is exactly what I wanted and my hair is so much softer since colouring. It was so easy to apply and everything being delivered to my door on a schedule is amazing, I never have to worry about having the right shade at the right time.
