Love love love the shade. I went from brown with blonde highlights to black and I'm so happy. Very easy process, steps & equipment were just awesome. I'm actually upset I'll eventually have to go to a professional hairdresser for a hair cut otherwise it's literally the BEST HAIR system. Thankyoubso much.
