I found my whole experience with The Shade to be fantastic. I’ve started using home hair dyes in the last year as the cost and time to go to a salon was just not feasible anymore. I was sick of the hit and miss results of supermarket kits so turned to The Shade hoping for a better result and I’m so happy I did. I uploaded my mess of a before picture, dodgy patchwork colour and greys taking over, and a colourist matched me based on my desired results. I had a slight issue with the order when it came, which was really my doing after messing up promo codes, and they rectified the situation immediately and sent me what I needed to get started. The results are fantastic after only one use my colour is so much fresher and more professional looking. My hair felt so healthy after and I’m looking forward to using it again through my subscription and keep improving on my results. 10/10 would recommend.
