Followed the instructions, watched the videos and read all the reviews with hope that at home hair colouring was now more achievable than ever. Ended in tears, regret and disappointment. My own fault for ever thinking I could do what a trained hairdresser can do. Waste of money and time and sanity!
Ended up with bright orange and yellow hair, now my beautiful blonde locks are brunette after an emergency and embarrassing trip to a hairdresser to fix.
Never again.
Just go to the hairdresser.
