I haven't yet used the colour as I'm not due to do this for another 3 weeks. But I do want to say just how fabulous the service has been to date. I have had a few queries as I am a first time The Shade user and each time my queries were answered promptly. Camilla has been very helpful in suggesting a duo colour which I can't wait to try and Marco has also been really helpful with my questions. Shipping to NZ only took a week. I can't wait to try the colour and will hopefully be able to comment on this then. Awesome company to deal with.
