I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. I initially reached out to the colourist before ordering and she suggested a duo colour 7.2 and 8.2 - it is just fabulous. The team at The Shade are very prompt in helping and getting back to any queries. I also love that there is so much less damage to my hair than grabbing something off the supermarket shelf. I have used this colour twice and I don't think there is as much fade as the other supermarket colour I had been using. I have also started using one of their serums and the volume conditioner which I also really like. This is a great company and I highly recommend
