Overall dissapointed - in both service and products. I've initially contacted a consultant with my concerns and wishes, along with photos of my current hair situation, as well as hair goal inspiration. I received a prompt response with recommended products, which I went ahead to purchase & use. I did not get the result I was hoping for, not even by far. Vit C lifted very little of the existing pigment, which in turn lead to the recommended colour being way to light to make any difference. It was like I haven't applied any colour whatsoever. I understand that some results we aim for, can be difficult to achieve, but I would have preferred being told that I won't be able to get to where I wanted so easily, rather than being sold products that simply won't help achieve our goals. To add to the poor service. I subsequently reached out to the consultant with my concerns and results (including new photos as proof), but never heard back, not even an acknowledgement. The only positive aspect of my experience with The Shade was the delivery service and product packaging.
