I absolutely loved how my colour turned out, it was the perfect shade, easy to apply at home, and delivered a beautiful result. The only minor issue I encountered was that one of the developer packets had a small hole and leaked slightly. It wasn’t a major problem, but improved packaging could help prevent this in the future.
