This was my first time using The Shade after my salon colours had become an unjustifiable expense. I was very pleasantly surprised with how well it turned out! The colour was a little darker than I had expected but that was my fault for choosing the darker shade. I've gotten used to it now though and I love it! There was no unpleasant smell like you get in the salon and I honestly think the colour is better than my last couple of salon colours! It has excellent coverage of greys. It will be interesting to see if it fades between colours.
