The consultation process was amazing. I was very excited to get the box. The box was very exciting too, lots in it and great instuctions. But I had the consultation and ordered the Sorrento 9.1 Light Ash Blonde with vol. 10 developer as directed to counteract orange tone in my hair and after following the instructions to the letter my hair is... exactly the same. Very disappointed. Was trying to avoid going back to the hairdresser, but now I'll have that expense in addition to this one.
