Using The Shade's subscription service has been a game changer for me. I live in a small country town and the knowledge that I will have my colour of choice in my hot little hand on schedule is so fantastic I can't even put it into words. I have thick, shoulder length hair and there is plenty of colour in one pack for good coverage. I use a demi permanent and it is gentle on my hair and gives good grey coverage (of which I have many). The mix is gentle on my hair, and the Dark Ash Blonde colour I have chosen doesn't fade to orange like many other colours I have used, or leave a horrid build up on the ends of my hair. So, so happy. If you are a home "colourist" I cannot recommend the shade enough.
