It was very easy process and my hair came out so soft it felt like I had been to the hairdresser. The colour is lovely too. The only downside is that it barely covered my gray and white hairs, and when I washed my hair for the first time since colouring it all of the colour on them washed away. It was disappointing seeing as I followed the instructions about gray hair to the absolute letter. I guess my greys are more stubborn than most.
